No one’s talking about a revolution
No one’s giving me a good solution
I just need something to help me get through
Some of this everyday crisis
The world’s on fire
It’s in a spin
Police and thieves are in the ether
And we’re zooming in
The animals are fighting
At the edge of the plantation
We watch them for a little while
Until something better hits the station
The weakest pay the ferryman
To make their dream come true
They only need a little luck
Just like me and you
If we can see the dimmest light
If it’s not love, then it’s not right
Like the birds we take flight
We count the cost once not twice
