Dark shadows on the wall
Menacing hands moving
Watching waiting
For a sign of weakness
Don’t want to meet you after all
You wrap me in emptiness
Is it stating the obvious?
I won’t crawl?
As long as I’m here
I won’t go with you
It’s my contract
It’s my deal
I won’t crawl, I won’t kneel
My intentions are clear
Lying on your bed
I’m sinking into sheets
Losing all myself
Waking dreamful sleep
Waters on the table
Beads fall through hands
Windows open slightly
Breeze caresses quietly
Until we cry together
Until we speak our thoughts
I won’t kneel, I won’t crawl
