We like living life
Like there’s no tomorrow

We stay out all night

It’s a dream of mine
To do something good
That’s recognised

To belong to everyone
Kept in their hearts

That would be a start
I lost my confidence
A long time ago
Watched love drain away
On the bathroom floor
It’s taken me so much time
To remember to forget
So I could grow up at last

I took a train to London
I was lost in the suburbs
My friends sisters house
Party all night long
I know she’s older than me
I know she likes me just like I like her
So why don’t we
Just get together
See what happens
We don’t need to worry
What they gonna say
I couldn’t care less
If we are a success
We can just forget the rest
I know where to find you
Every Friday night
Working down on Greek Street
Until the morning light
I wear your perfume
To remember you today
Take the tube to work
Everybody asks am I Okay
You love your food and wine
Like to travel fine
We could go to Paris

The nettle sting
The past unknown
The buttercup under chin
I am the aviator
The sweetest hum
The messenger creator
Of things to come
So let me sit here
For a while
Soak it all in
You can just see me smile
I am the traveller
The ancient stone
The corner of the balcony
Unheard words spoken to everyone
You are my passenger
Carry you to heavens high

Take some then I must fly

Trying to find my way back
